Accreditation Tools:

The Michigan Local Public Health Accreditation Tool provides guidance to local health departments throughout all phases of the Accreditation process. The tool includes three sections: an Introduction and Overview of the Program; a Users Guide that outlines, explains, and clarifies all relevant policies, procedures, and processes related to the Program; and a Minimum Program Requirement Indicator Guide intended to provide detailed information on how to successfully meet programmatic indicators.
